Grimsby OT win ties series

Grimsby Peach Kings held off the Dundas Blues for a 4-3 overtime win in Dundas Tuesday night, to even the best of seven east division championship series at two games apiece.

"It was a tough loss. We deserved to win," said Blues general manager Steve Aglor. "In OT, we had two good chances to end it but they ended up capitalizing on a mistake in our end of the ice."

Down 2-0 in the third period, Dundas battled back with three straight goals to take a 3-2 lead. But the Peach Kings tied it at three with six minutes to play, then netted the winner mid-way through the overtime frame.

BJ Caco, Aaron Demain and Cole McNeil scored for Dundas. Nick Bazinet, McNeil, Dylan Gilbert and Caco all picked up assists.

Game five is set for Friday, March 12 in Grimsby and game six is scheduled for Sunday, March 14 at 7:30 p.m. in Dundas.
